All transactions are subject to mandatory AML verification. The exchange rate is preliminary and becomes fixed after receiving 2 network confirmations of your deposit (rate lock window: 5 minutes).

• If market rate change is ≤ 0.1% — the original quoted rate applies.
• If market rate change is > 0.1% — the rate may be recalculated with up to 0.5% adjustment.
• For crypto-to-crypto pairs, conversion is calculated via USDT as an intermediate market reference.
• Minimum exchange amount: $99.3194 USD equivalent. Maximum: $83,949 USD equivalent.

Optional Pre-AML Check

You may request an optional pre-AML risk check before payment for a fixed fee of 3 USDT. This helps identify elevated-risk transactions in advance.

Unsupported Platforms

Deposits from unsupported platforms are blocked, including: Garantex, Netex24, Capitalist.net, Rapira, Bitpapa and other restricted services listed in our AML policy.
